This is the first day of my second week in PA for this business trip.
I have been meeting with quite a number of persons, each of them bringing their knowledge, set of expertise needed towards the creation and opening of a French Bakery in the area. I have also been wandering around, to feel the atmosphere, observe..
I thank you all and each of you who are helping and supporting me... it's a long way and somehow complicated process... and here is the though of the day !!!
