Another trip to PA !!!

A new business trip is now planned from Nov 5 thru Nov 16.
I have been working on figures for the financial portion of the Business Plan (in a good shape now !), receipes and COGS, listing all ingredients and suppliers/equipment needed... and now I need a reality check and pursue the investigations to narrow down the possibilities and opportunities for THE location (rules of the 3 L..... Location, location and Location !)
I will be meeting with a variety of great people bringing me not only their support and expertise, but opening the doors to their network and facilitating connections.
When back in France, I will also be trained/supported by Embrega Conseil for fintuning the financial part of the overall project... much needed !
.... and right now, fig jam in preparation !

So It's a really big news for me that your family will move to US!!!!Perhaps we will meet each other in US some day in the future ~~
I am so so sorry about your father, but at least he will no long live in pain ,I think.
Really hope for our next meet to tell you my stories face to face.
