Here we are... almost at the end of the month, and already packing for the upcoming trip to PA and VA ! I will be away for 5 weeks with a well balanced agenda : 2weeks in PA : West Chester and Philadelphia for La Baguette Magique 2weeks in VA : Lynchburg, baking at Lorraine Bakery and a couple of extra days to attend a bakery show in Atlantic City.
Before I leave, just sharing a couple of products made at home (the brioche & chocolate chips twists) and at Victor during my last week as an intern...

Hello miss : le blog et ses nouvelles permettent de te suivre, de voir tes produits et progrès... sans doute y-a t'il aussi des doutes, des difficultés, des épreuves que ton courage et ta pudeur, ton énergie t'interdisent de mentionner... Je pense à toi..
