Time flies and I am getting closer to my final bakery exams (the next 2 weeks)... I am currently focusing on getting ready and revise, go over all the lessons...

Sanofi has accepted to let me go for one extra year to finalize my project : this is what I hoped would happen and it will give me the time needed to do more in depth work on the business plan/financial plan, travel to PA to select the final location, meet with all my contacts. It will also allow me for some extra time to continue my practice with bakers in France and in North America who have kindly accepted to open their doors and teach me more !
